Everything You Need To Know To Start Competing
What is competitive play?
Through out the year we will conduct PNWRL competitive seasons. Seasons will be 8-10 weeks long and will be formatted for 3v3 matches. Regulations change from season to season depending on the growth of the community but the teams must meet a certain points criteria depending on their top ranks from the previous two seasons to form an official team. This is to promote fair and balanced competition during the season.
Events During Seasons
During the seasons, we will have a combination of tournaments and weekly match ups to keep the competition lively. Typically we will have a pre season, mid season, and end of season tournament. In between tournaments we will conduct weekly match ups, teams will play 1-2 matches depending on the seasons schedule. The end of season tournament will be considered the playoffs and depending on how the teams have performed during the season, we will use their win/loss records to establish seeding.
Teams
If you have a group of three that falls into the leagues approved points scaling system, fantastic! If you are a solo and do not have a team, fear not! You can enter in as a free agent into the league and hopefully get picked up by a duo looking for a third or you can form a team with other free agents that have not found a team yet.
